Don’t Forget to Go Home (Feiern, 2006), directed by Maja Classen, is a documentary about Berlin’s electronic dance music scenes that weaves together narratives of music, drugs, love, addiction, friendship and sexuality. The film traces moments within temporary dys/utopias that simmer just below the surface of bare life. Among the interviewees are DJs, bouncers, bartenders and partygoers. The material for the film includs 19 interviews, 56 nights and 13 musical tracks.
