Cruel Optimism was a queer-feminist radio show co-hosted with Lee Ingleton and transmitted live weekly from B-Side Cafe bar in Athens Greece. It was a program that showcased the feminist queer side of experimental sound art, house and techno music, deconstructed music and field recordings. SOME Highlights included – struggling against brexshit UK, swimming with synthesizers, traumatised beats, distopian water pipes, deconstructed queer drama in the studio, shattered glass breaking, shaggy dogs and friends in the studio on a Saturday afternoon in Athens.
